<h3 style="">"I believe stories make a difference."</h3>I am a writer of speculative fiction and an indie game developer from Germany. I write Steampunk, Sci-Fi, Urban Fantasy, Mystery and create Narrative Games with retro aesthetics. Among them point-and-click adventure games and visual novels.Born in the 80s I'm kind of a retro nerd. I try to preserve my sense-of-wonder for a better future while I also enjoy a nostalgic look back at the era of home computers, video games and consoles I grew up with. In 1999 I taught myself to develop games for various platforms including retro systems such as the Atari Jaguar. For decades I soaked up games across all platforms that I could get my hands on. I took the first game design study at uni that was available and worked in the industry as narrative/game designer, writer and developer.These days I like to help other indie devs with my diverse skillset. I like to participate in game jams to try out new idea and my platform of choice is mostly Unity or Godot on Windows.I believe stories can make a difference. So in 2021 I decided to take a leap and focus more on doing what I love. To write, to tell stories, to create narrative games and to share it with all of you. For a change of pace I also I like to fix retro tech for use today.
